Ngā Manu Nature Reserve offers a fun day out for all ages and is a wonderful place for friends and families to enjoy quality time together in nature. Located in the picturesque township of Waikanae, there is much to see and do before or after your visit. Most visitors would spend a minimum of 1.5 hours at the reserve. All pathways are easily walked, and there’s seating and picnic spots throughout the Reserve. We have wheelchair access and facilities, and an on-site wheelchair is available for visitor use.
